VIGNERON DISCOVERY SERIES: LET THE SUN SHINE IN: A workshop on Canopy Management
Become a Vigneron and share in the second event of our Vigneron Discovery Series.
You will start with winemaker Joe Will for an orientation on Canopy Management. Then it’s out to the vineyard where each “Vigneron” works with the grape canopy to help Mother Nature give the grape bunches just the right amount sun and air. This dance of the sunlight on the grapes is vital in the making of great wine.
